The plant was meant for 70 percent usage for industrial purpose and 30 percent for medical purpose. From the year of start till this pandemic reaches India same ration was there. As soon as pandemic severity increases in India our plant was acquired by Government of Rajasthan under our management to help the nation.

Without giving any second thought to the same we put our whole energy towards serving the nation under this pandemic. From April 2020 till now we are serving to humanity under the guidance of Government of India. From last 6 months we are running our plant 24*7 without any break. Without any failure we fill 950 to 1000 cylinders daily and give it to government and private hospitals.

80% of our capacity has been utilized by government hospital and rest by private hospital. As second wave of pandemic is much more severe we had taken many action and made task force to full fill the needs of hospital, but as plant have its own capacity and limitation we are going to expand our facility by putting one liquid storage tank of 31 KL which will further increase the capacity of our plant by 300 cylinders which totals up to 1250-1300 cylinders daily which will account for 75% of total oxygen required by Bhilwara District.

We started as a small firm with a local presence and today we have 15 dealers in the state covering over 250 clients, in a periphery of 175 kms. In addition to the state of the art plants, we also have liquid tanks of Oxygen, Carbon Dioxide and Argon spread across Bhilwara and Nimbahera.

Production Capacity:-

250 m3per hour capacity (850 cylinders /day). Liquid Nitrogen production is 100 L / day

Refilling from liquid tanks at 1200 cylinders per day for oxygen and for nitrogen and argon it is around 800 cylinders per day.

In addition to this, our plant is coming up in Nimbahera Rajasthan to cater major cement industrial need. We are on aggressive approach to meet with a sudden increase in demand at a particular location, we make sure that our customer does not suffer and we use our other plants to complement this short fall in supply. This practice will lead to a hassle free customer experience with regular supply of the required gases.
