Sanwariya Gases is partnership firm the firm is based out of Bhilwara, Rajasthan. The vision of the firm is to provide an unmatched quality of oxygen, nitrogen and other non-chemical industrial and medical gases on time with accurate pressure and quantity. We have developed a state of the art infrastructure facility consisting of 350 KVA compressors with air separators with various types of filters and cooling tower machines. The plant has a monthly capacity to fill more than 27,000 cylinders with the same facility.

Idea Development

The idea was clicked in the mind of promoters in the year 2016. This begins with simple vision of the partners that Bhilwara is developing city in infrastructure of roads and infrastructure of health and safety. Bhilwara is knows as Manchester city of textile along with mining city of Rajasthan. And in the mean while city doesn’t have any oxygen plant in full district which will cater needs of hospital and industries. This idea created seed of industry development in the mind of promoters.

As the idea was admired now it’s time to write down the idea on papers and do the technical and financial analysis of the same. Project Taking Shape

The land was searched and finalized in the year 2017 in RIICO Growth Center Bhilwara Rajasthan. Measuring approx. 40,000 square feet. Plant was finalized to KVK Corporation of India one of the lead manufacturers of oxygen plant. Civil work was started in Dec 2017 with a completion date of June 2018 & Project was completed on time and with necessary licenses from various authorities.

Our Important Rules For Industrial Gas Cylinder

Rules for Industrial gas cylinder

  • We supply of cylinders as per proper colors coding. Identification mark shall be marked at bottom side of cylinder by covering maximum 3 X 3-inch area of cylinder & Thread neck will be orange colors of our colors code rest part of cylinders Black colors as per rules.
  • Our cylinder original mfg. Date should not be older than 5 years.
  • Filling permission & Hydro test certificate shall be provided for a cylinder only one time & always we will be supplied the same cylinders that you have given a hydraulic test & filling permission certificate.
  • We shall ensure no physical impairment/damage cylinder shall supply to you, although its hydro test certificate & filling permission is available.
  • Test certificate for Gas to be provided along with cylinders numbers.
  • Supply the cylinders as and when required/intimate by your stores.

  • The cylinders adhere to Explosive Act 1884 and Gas Cylinder Rules 2004.
  • The Cylinders as per the colors code as stated in IS: 4379 (i.e. Black for 02) and for Industrial use only.
  • Serial number mentioned on the cylinder should be clearly visible.
  • We shall submit a monthly statement of outstanding cylinder with you by giving details quantity wise with dc no, dc date.
  • The weight of the empty cylinder should be embossed on the cylinder and it clearly visible. In case if the tear weight is not visible, we treat the cylinder may be rejected.
  • Our Cylinders shall be provided with safety cap, cylinders without cap may be rejected.
  • We fulfill the following general requirements.
  • Our Cylinders free from any damage and corrosion.
  • Our Cylinder valves should be in close condition.
  • All the cylinders have a valve protection cap.
  • All the thread for fitting the valve protection cap in good condition and free from rust.
  • Our all cylinders are new mfg. year 2023 so as per rules up to Five years from certified the cylinders from PESO not required any neck ring punched with date, month and year.
  • Our all-cylinders thickness tested time to time by ultrasonic thickness gauge.
